Pleasant bakery with large seating area. Breakfast is freshly prepared. Coffee and food tastes good at the usual prices. The staff was friendly but a bit overworked. The kitchen wagons were more than full and so everything was left on the tables which is not very inviting for new guests. With an employee more something would have been safe to avoid. Only baker found open on Sunday in Erlangen. I bought 3 wholemeal rolls, 2 slippers and 2 Krapfen at the "modico" price of 9.25 euros. A real insult! I strongly advise against it.
